When you reach your quota
- Notifications are never lost: when your plan's monthly quota runs out, new notifications are held. After you upgrade or the month renews, send all of them or the last hours' worth from the dashboard; held notifications are kept for 7 days.
- Emergency alerts go through even when the quota is used up.
- Overage billing (Pro, Business): sending continues past the quota and the extra is billed at the end of the month.
- Top-up packs (Starter, Pro, Business): buy a one-time pack of extra notifications when the quota runs out.
FAQ
How does the trial work?
Plans with a trial are free for the first days; cancel before it ends and you aren't charged. Trials started in the app run through the App Store or Google Play.
Can I change my plan?
Anytime, on the dashboard's Plan page. With card payments the change applies right away and the remaining days are prorated; cancellation applies at the end of the period. On the App Store and Google Play, the store's rules apply.
How do I pay?
By card in the dashboard (Stripe), or with the App Store or Google Play on your phone. The one-time plan works on every platform.
Do team members and recipients count?
Team members who use the dashboard count toward your plan. People who only receive notifications (recipients, subscribers) don't take a seat.
