Moving from Pushover to PushBell

Your Pushover integrations keep working: change the URL and the key. Notifications arrive with your own logo, sound and rules.

Move in three steps

  1. 1

Create a free PushBell account and install the app on your phone.

  2. 2

    Create a Pushover-compatible key

In the dashboard: API keys → Create key → "Pushover compatible (30 characters)".

  3. 3

    Change the URL

api.pushbell.app instead of api.pushover.net; your PushBell user key as user. Parameters, responses and sound names stay the same.

+ https://api.pushbell.app/1/messages.json

What's compatible
